Returns

Change of mind purchases include purchases you have made in error e.g accidentally ordered or purchased the wrong size print, items that don’t fit the way you would like, or unwanted gifts. If you find yourself in this situation, we can offer the following solutions:

  • Exchange - We can exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc.) or another product of the same value.
  • Store Credit - We can issue you with a store credit for the value of the item being returned. Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 12 months of the date of issue. If you have purchased the item online, you will receive a web store credit which can only be used online. 
 
We will happily exchange or issue store credits for change of mind purchases, as long as they meet the following criteria:
  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Must be returned with proof of purchase - this is essential. You must provide the original sales receipt or the original gift exchange receipt. If this was an online order, you can provide the order number or any confirmation emails.  
  • The product must not have been used.
  • Original packaging must be undamaged. 
  • Item/s must not have been discounted at time of purchase. We do not offer exchanges or credit notes on sale stock.
If you meet the above criteria, please feel free to pop into any of our five stores along with your proof of purchase and product/s for an exchange or store credit. If you would like to exchange/return an online order and cannot go in-store, please email us with the proof of purchase, and we will direct you further on how to return this to us. Please see below for more information. 
 

Refunds

If something is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will either: 

  • (i) replace the products; or
  • (ii) repair the product under the manufacturers guarantee;
  • (iii) give you a full refund. 
The item/s must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be returned with proof of purchase - this is essential. You must provide the original sales receipt.
  • The item is returned within a reasonable time.
Please be aware that manufacturing defects do not include normal fair wear and tear and any accidental or non-accidental damage.
 

Returns on Web Store Purchases

All products are purchased by the buyer on the basis of the price and description shown on this site. It is therefore important that at the time of purchase you are happy with the product(s) chosen. Please read the descriptions and titles carefully. If on receipt of those goods you wish to change your mind, contact us via email immediately to organise an exchange or web store credit (not including freight charges). We will happily exchange or issue web store credits for change of mind purchases as long as they meet the following criteria:
  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • Original packaging must be undamaged.
  • Item/s must not have been discounted at time of purchase. We do not offer exchanges on sale stock.
  • All return courier costs will be your responsibility.

 

Damaged Parcels

We take absolute care when packaging your items to go out to you. However, sometimes someone may be a little too rough with them on their journey and they may arrive damaged. If this is the case, please contact us immediately with images and an explanation of the damage to the item, but also to the exterior of the packaging.
