Steven Hikaiti

Steven Hikaiti discovered his artistic talent at a young age. He is a self-taught Pointillism artist with exceptional skills. His artistic journey began in 1987 while he was incarcerated. During this time, he had a powerful experience where he saw a face with full Moko and felt a hongi, the passing of the breath of life. This vision continued to appear to him, prompting him to try drawing what he saw. Steven's art represents new beginnings and signifies his triumph over his past. We are delighted to share his inspiring story with you!
